- Child applying to join or remain with a parent in the UK
- Medical or mental health reasons
- Adult dependant relatives in need of long-term care
Each route has specific eligibility rules. We help you understand the correct category, prepare your documents, and meet the legal criteria.
Who can apply?
You may be eligible for a UK family visa if
- You are the parent of a British citizen or someone settled in the UK
- You are a child of someone with limited or settled UK status
- You are an adult dependant who needs personal care from a UK-based relative
- You can meet financial, accommodation and English language requirements
