Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing all our clients with a professional and respectful service.
If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it. Raising a concern will not affect how we handle your case.
Step One
Raise Your Concern with Us
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service or how your matter is being handled, please first contact the solicitor dealing with your case.
Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally at this stage.
If you remain dissatisfied, or would prefer to speak with someone else,
you may make a formal complaint.
Step Two
Make a Formal Complaint
You can make your complaint in writing by email or letter.
Please send it to

our investigation and any action we intend to take.
